Steph Pugh is a Senior Economist at OSKR with over twelve years' experience applying complex economic analyses to intellectual property disputes. Her experience spans a broad range of industries, including telecommunications (including FRAND matters), software, internet, personal electronics, battery technology, and automotive, among others. I consult with attorneys and clients during all phases of patent infringement litigation, from pre-litigation strategy and discovery to trial preparation. Steph also has graduate-level education and expertise in survey research methods and has consulted with attorneys related to creating and critiquing opposing parties' surveys, including identifying and collaborating with testifying survey experts.
