Kahane and Shmanske for Oxford University Press). Schwarz also co-authored “National Letter of Indenture: How College Athletes are similar to, and in many ways worse off than, the indentured servants of colonial times” with Jason Belzer for the Institute of Sports Law & Ethics Symposium Proceedings (2012).
